Recapture Metals has provided the service of recycling Gallium from Gallium Arsenide scrap since 1986. Current recycling capacity is over 30,000 kg per year with Gallium recovery rates among the highest in the industry. Using environmentally conscious processes, Gallium and Arsenic are separated and collected at a 99% purity level. Metallic Arsenic is packaged and sold as a raw material for use in the lead industry. The recovered Gallium is refined to high purity metal products.

Recycling

Recapture Metals recycles Gallium Arsenide crystal, broken wafers, saw kerf and sludge material. We also recover Gallium from Gallium Phosphide (GaP), Gallium Antimonide (GaSb), and other Gallium compounds.

We provide a full-service scrap reclamation business handling feed sources as low as 1% Gallium. Upgrading from low to high purity and tolling services are available for Gallium metal and scrap material. Additionally, we now provide recycling services for Indium and other specialty metal scrap materials using a broad range of hydrometallurgical processes.
