Recapture Metals is well known for its production of high purity Gallium used in the compound semiconductor industry.

Listed below are some specifications for our high purity Gallium products. Analysis is performed using Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR). Individual elemental analysis is performed by Glow Discharge Mass Spectroscopy (GDMS). A certificate of analysis accompanies each lot shipped.

Note: Gallium supplied by Recapture Metals meets the highest standards available. Most element values are normally below analytical detection limits and do not necessarily indicate the presence or absence of the element. In the case of 7N and MBE purity levels, many of the specifications themselves are below the detection limits of GDMS. The best indicator for overall purity is the Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR) analysis.
