Recapture Metals guarantees the highest product quality by means of state of the art analytical techniques.

Incoming scrap material is analyzed using flame Atomic Absorption (AA) to determine Gallium content and DC Arc Emission Spectrography (ES) for impurity detection.

Production

Once Gallium has been recaptured from scrap material, it is purified to 4N, 6N, 7N, and MBE purity levels through an extensive fractional crystallization process.

Quality Analysis

Emission Spectrographic analysis is used to monitor all stages of the purification process and to certify the purity level of 4N Gallium.

High purity product quality is verified by Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR).   Results are confirmed by sending samples for independent analysis by Glow Discharge Mass Spectroscopy (GDMS).

Following purification and analysis, Gallium is cast according to customer specifications.  Recapture Metals packages and ships the finished product from its operational facility near Blanding, Utah.  Boxes are constructed specifically to comply with I.A.T.A. and D.O.T. regulations as well as to meet individual customer needs. Complete service is provided by accommodating special packaging requests.
