Frank Timmerman

General Manager, Rare Metals

Mr. Timmerman, a resident of the Netherlands, was appointed General Manager of the Rare Metals Group of the Performance Materials Division in July 2010.  He joined the Performance Materials Division as European Sales and Marketing Manager for the Rare Earths and Zirconium Group in January 2005.  Previously, from 1996 to 2005, he held successively senior positions within Royal Philips Electronics, most recently as R&D Project Manager, focusing on development of inorganic performance materials.  From 1995 to 1996, he was a Formulating Chemist with Quaker Chemical.  Mr. Timmerman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Eindhoven University of Applied Sciences.

Mark Tindale

Vice President, Gallium, President Recapture Metals Inc.

Mark Tindale has 30 years of experience in mining and related businesses in marketing, sales and administration, and has 10 years of specific experience in the Gallium industry, having been with Argento Plata Metals since its inception.  Mark has been the President of Recapture Metals Inc. since its purchase in 2005.

Dr. Joe Ferron

Vice President - Technology

Dr. Joe Ferron is Vice President Technology at Recapture Metals Limited and is a world-renowned hydro-metallurgist. He spent almost 20 years as a senior hydrometallurgical executive with SGS Lakefield Research and was instrumental in development of the Argento Plata Metals gallium business.  Today he oversees all aspects of internal process and product development. 

Mark Graham

Director of Operations, Peterborough and Napanee

Mark has spent over 15 years in operations and plant management in aluminum products manufacturing and 8 years in engineering, capital projects and maintenance.  He brings to Recapture extensive experience and achievement in plant and operations management systems, inside sales, employee relations, logistics, customer service, health and safety and capital project installation.

Mark is a Professional Engineer Ontario, a graduate of Chemical Engineering, University of Toronto and has many courses in financial accounting, leadership, safety and manufacturing.

Hal Palmer

Director of Operations, Blanding

Hal Palmer has 15 years experience in producing high quality gallium metal at Recapture Metals Inc. in Blanding, Utah.  Hal oversees the day to day operations of the gallium purification and recycling operations in the Blanding, USA facility.
