Recapture Metals Limited, formerly a privately held company, was acquired by Neo Material Technologies Inc. on August 31, 2009.  With operations in Canada, the United States and Germany, Recapture is now part of the Performance Materials division of Neo.  Recapture produces, reclaims, refines and markets high value niche metals and their compounds which are primarily used in the wireless, LED, flat panel, solar and catalyst industries.  Recapture's current commercial product lines include gallium and indium and it is in the process of commercializing a rhenium recycling operation.  Recapture's Peterborough, Ontario location recovers gallium and indium from manufacturer's scrap.  The Napanee, Ontario facility does pre-treatment of some of the gallium and indium feeds and is the home to the rhenium recycling operation.  Recapture's wholly owned subsidiary, Recapture Metals Inc. operates a gallium recycling and upgrading facility in Blanding, Utah.  Recapture's 50% owned subsidiary primary gallium plant, Ingal Stade, is located in Stade, Germany.
